Calviղ I've been having this very same conversation with several people on the misunderstanding of what a programming language is.

It's almost an experiment in human psychology. People can't get their minds around the meaning of the word "programming" not being exclusively imperative. 🤷‍♂️

Html alone cannot build any management system, it's not even a programming language.
You need to use server script and database.

Chee-Oma HTML cannot manage state and control logical flow, thus it's not a programming language that could perform and manage a system.
It can't even perform simplest arithmetic operations like 1+1=1, 1*1=1, 1-1=1 and 1/1=1
