SoloLearn has not yet finished creating and verifying the quizzes for those languages, i'm sure they will come once they have time.

You can help them out by creating your own and voting on others using the quiz factory! :)

well I guess they are too easy for challenging someone even if it is also taken as a chapter of subject in some school and yet the prog language which is available there could be created from a genius programmer even if he doesn't own this app
