C is better because you could in theory be able to do everything in C, that you could be able to do in Python.

But in practice, Python is better, because you can develop applications for different tasks with less code, which means you can develop applications faster, but Python applications still run relatively slow, if you especially need speed for programs, C is naturally the fastest programming language.

In emplyement Python might be better, because it is leading programming language in data science, which has relatively high salary, and developing applications using C might not be profitable overall, because there are more specialized programming languages for many different programming topics.

Python can be better language for beginners, because you can make programs to perform the same tasks with less code.
