If I learn HTML then CSS then JAVASCRIPT then PHP, will I be able to build any type of Website (Front-End and Back-End)?

No.... You still need database. Without database, your php scripts is useless.

If using PHP, the math calculation can be run hidden in the server too if there's private algorithm.
if I want to build front end and back end, I think it's also need API for example: JSON.
