Can I run c ++ code in c #?

I would like to make games in unity 3d, but unity only uses c #, searching on google I found that most of the current games are written in c ++ and I don't know which one I should learn

I don't have any experience in game development but If you want to use C++ for game development you can use unreal engine 4
