How to increase influencer and contributer?

Influencer is about your followers .if you have 10 followers, it's 1% of influencing. If you have 1000followers,it's 100% .
Contribution is about putting comments under the posts and questions then getting likes and replies back.

Influencer skill grows by 1% for every 10th follower you get until 100% is reached.
