when i finish python and sql tracks can I develope a website ?

I hope I can do this as soon as I can to build my first website are these tracks enough to do ?

you can use Python for server-side programming. but at least you need to learn HTML and CSS. If you wish dynamic contents on your web pages you need Java script.
PHP is much more easier in comparison with Python and almost all web servers had PHP installed. Phyton has some advantages and is a kind of OOP. It depends that you need those advantages or not.
Beside you need to check if your web hosting server has Python.
