This is my first time coding, are there any tips to remembering the order of tags?

start making programs the errors in every line while making first programs will make u remember every thing ;)... never write programs on sheets..

Thanks, yeah I guess this is one of the practice makes perfect type of things. I can use notepad on pcs right?

DON'T REMEMBER tags.
Start using them, make an example that covers what you have learnt.
For example: when you know the <ul></ul> and <ol></ol> and <li></li> ,, try using them in a logical example,, like your favorite movies:
- 3 idiots.
- World War Z.
- Iron Man.
and try another one which contains your goals in life one by one:
1- Working as a Freelancer Web Developer 💻
2- Get a 🚗.
3- Travel to 10 different countries ✈.
Somethings like that, logically and emotionally examples will be unforgettable.
