Is there a certain xp amount giving to each code or depend on the upvotes we get to the code

Have a look at the badges.
So u can earn some XP.
Coding Challenges is not ment for xps but if u have an idea then post it.
Long time ago SL made some challenges with many xp to win. Those days were gone.
Just code and if u think one code is interesting for others advertise it.
