How to cross content between frame tag in html?

Question

I want to make a website using frame tag, but my menu bar submenu, was too long, take half the page, but if I make the frame size smaller, cant see the entire submenu bar..

You can't. iframe tags are sandboxed and limited to the constraints of the iframe.
