If you are absolute beginner to programming world,then learning python is the best

If you are absolute beginner that wants to make a website (probably a game,blog etc),then html,js,css, is needed,(learn html first then learn js then if you need to style your website then also learn css

Both python and html,js (also css) is easy to learn
