I really think you're rushing it man, you're asking way too many questions about different subjects, and your only goal is money. Trust me, if all you want from this is money, it's not gonna work good for you.
You can't just start programming and earn money, it requires a lot of undertanding of how computers work, servers, frameworks... it's too much to learn in a short period of time. I have been programming almost everyday for two years, and I don't consider myself qualified for freelancing, not even simple projects.

For this all you need is to be at the top of leaderboard in
codechef.com and take part in monthly events and earn up to 700$. but believe me it is not that easy😅.
if you are a collage student you can take part in icpc which is international event in which you can win upto 10000$ 😎,but again it is not that easy😁 .
