You need to learn uncountable programming languages to expand your knowledge and reducing the chances of failure
there are different types of hacking

system hacking
ClickJacking Attacks.
Virus, Trojan etc
Phishing
Eavesdropping (Passive Attacks)
Fake WAP
Waterhole attacks
Denial of Service (DoS\DDoS)
Keylogger.
Languages to learn
You have to be skilled in using the terminals of the OS you want to hack
C-Most Vital programmes are written in C
batch/cmd-It is a language u can use to make viruses(trust me it is fun and easy)
python-python is an unbelievably powerful language and it can interact with the OS
Java and any other language
and also hacking is a skill you develop not learn (hack to learn not learn to hack)

So If you want to be hacker then first left using Windows OS
Start Learning Linux OS(Kali-Linux , Black-Arch-Linux , Parrot Os)
After completing your basics on how to use this OS .... Start Learning Ethical Hacking by EC-Council courses but they are Paid

So there are many platforms available which will teach you free like PDFs books , Udemy Courses & etc
