What programming language is best used for web design?

JS for Web development.

I asume you are just starting.

to make websites you need.

html (this is bare minimum, should be learned 1st)

css (this is to give it good looks/design should be learned 2nd.)

javascript (only needed for websites that arent 'static'. should be learned last)

It took be about an hour to learn basics of html. about 3 hours to learn basics of css. i havent started javascript yet. but i guess it will take me longer. (javascript is realy complex)

You'll need:

1. HTML to write texts

2. CSS to make the designs

3. Javascript to make interactions possible between the webpage and the user

Note: HTML & CSS are not programming languages while Javascript is a programming language.
