i didnt know where to ask for help anymore but when i turn my pc on it shows a blue starting screen with a scan code does anyone know whats the problem

That is known as a Windows Blue Screen, more commonly referred to as a BSOD. If you’ve never experienced that before, it means Windows encountered a problem that it couldn’t ignore or fix, and stopped.
What is wrong and thus what to do might be determined from the information on the Blue Screen. What exactly does it say?
