Depending upon your requirements, there are numerious languages that are essential to learn hacking. For web exploitation, it is crucial to know PHP, .NET, JavaScript, SQL, JQuery, etc. If you devote your time and attention, then you can hack the world.

Well, that's what i figured :) I remember back in the day, in high school maybe, when I discoverd this app for mobile phones which allowed you to do some stuff on somebodys elses phone by bluetooth (make it ring on math lesson or send sms from someone's number to a girl i was sitting with. I'm talking sony ericsson k700i/nokia 6630 days, beatiful times ;) Boy, was i exicted. It turned out tho, that wasn't hacking. Maybe if i created that app in those times i could call myself mid-expiranced 0wn3r. Anyway this, among many others experiances got me intersted in computer science in general. So, maybe one day he will achive his dream and hack NASA if he's gonna grind hard ;P

What do know already and what would you like to achieve? Do you want to become security specialst or just learn some fun stuff to mess with your friends?
If you don't have any actual experience, you need to gain knowledge about networking, inet protocols, security protocols, stuff like tcp/udp/vpn,dns,2fa, databases, basic shell tools for network analysis in unix/windows/android then you could start by creating simple chat client/server app (this can be achived in almost any programming lang. If you already know those things like: port forwarding, packet intercepting, sql injection, brute force attack, sshing into remote machine over vpn, how blockchain/onion network is build, then try to build crack for some old desktop application or cheat for some online game. This way you learn reverse-engeneering. Topic is huge and there are tons of resources online. Honestly, if you want to learn 'hacking' then brace yourself because it doesn't look exactly like in Mr. Robot.
