Should i stop learning bootstrap and start learning Javascript?

Learn bootstrap and flexbox, then js or in parallel. After css you can use SASS or LESS

If you want to learn to build dynamic websites with user interactions, yes JS is a must.

In general, Bootstrap is a big help in styling websites, but not mandatory for a beginner.
