Is there a mobile app that I can use to code on and to use and "activate" my created program and be able to send the "activated" code to someone?

Except for web codes, output for codes in Code Playground are presented as text (console simulation).

As Daljeet Singh said, you can write a code in Playground, save it and use the share button to share the code link (must save it before we can share it). As I tested, I can have the code link copied to phone clipboard, or any app I have in my phone that supports sharing, including e-mail clients.

For sharing the code output rather than the code link, you can take a screenshot of the code output after running it, then share the screenshot to your friends.

Herman though its not clear what you meant by "activated" ?
If you want to share the link you can do so by:
Go to you code > click the share link at top right > cliick on any option like "message" and copy link
And share like this :

Daljeet Singh When you do the coding, and then you say "Run".. the outcome that you see there. That is what I meant by "activated"
