I would say:

DJango/Flask for Web
Tkinter/Kivy for GUI
not sure for 3d. Maybe PyOpenGL

I would probably pick among those

Other than what Jax suggested, for GUI I think PyQt5 is the best one. And for 3d games, you can try panda3d, I only used it once a long time ago so I don't know how good it is.

the way I read it, he’s asking for 3 different frameworks, each for something seperate. Maybe that’s not what he was asking, but that’s the way I took it. The question doesn’t provide enough detail to really tell
