I suggest you DataCamp, which has a free app with lots of modules and also a web version (with less free modules, however).
It has also quiz for every module, as SoloLearn.

It is focused mainly on data science, but it’s good to learn the basis of R programming in every field.

You can install "swirl" as a normal package and then learn interactively in the R console (!) with small examples and quizzes. It teaches basic R programming and some more statistics/ data science related stuff.
