Microsoft Python Language Server need to download a file what the format is .nupkg, if I downloaded it , how to use it?

when I develop python program by VScode. Notice me to Download Microsoft Python Language Server. but its downloading so slow, so I downloaded the PythonLanguageServerWinX64.nupkg file. but I don't know how to install or do it next step. Someone help me.
