If i want to learn c++ I have to learn c before that?

You definitely don't need to learn C before C++. Even though it's derived from C, it's still a different language. I jumped straight into C++ without any knowledge of C and advanced fluently. If you want to learn C++, focus on C++. :)

I learned c++ and i still have little knowledge of c, so i guess so. They are very diffrent.

C++ is C with OOPS.
Its needed but you can directly start with C++.

Not compulsory but recommend if you have time to learn it.
Once you know C then you can directly jump to OOP in C++.
This way you will learn both the languages.
