If yes, then bool flag in database changes to false which means remove all the links that the challenge had with both the users account and thus no xps changes.
Lastly change the challenge status to EXPIRED. 😁

Nothing, the challenge expires, it can't be finished, nobody loses anything.

The exception might be that if it's half done.
It would have been easy to quit the challenge if you would lose before last question. And quit the situation where you would lose.
