Even the developers of the languages themselves struggle to master their own creations but it's not impossible to learn every aspect of it.

Also you have to wonder if it's even useful to know everything. It's more efficient to concentrate on knowing *enough*. A natural language like English, depending on how you count, consists of hundreds of thousands of words. But most of them never come up. Only about 10,000 words are enough to comfortably study, work or live in a foreign country. And from the huge amount of additional stuff, you just pick up what you need as you go. There's no need to worry if you'll ever know it all. And in programming, it's quite similar.

It totally depends on you. It you clear all the concept of programming languages. Almost all programming languages have the same concepts. The syntax can vary from language to language. But it not so difficult to memorize.

After u learned everything, a new release will come up. You should be turing-complete, know the idea of the language and the most important modules: Classes libraries... Furthermore u should be familiar with official docu.

If your conditions requires yes / maybe , if not why would you? It is like you learn English , but you want to learn all vocabulary and grammar. What is the point of learning whole vocabulary of a language if you are talking about foods ?

It's very hard to learn a whole programming language, but i think there is no sense to learn it all ,because almost programming language are the same, so no need struggling to learn all.
