Where to start?

I want to be a web developer... So which language should i start to learn? I have basics of HTML PHP CSS JAVASCRIPT.

Well, I guess you already started.
If you are looking foe a job with those languages (HTML, JS...), you could try to work as a freelancer.

Before that, I’d try to make an experimental website and see what kind of problems i run into.
