Can anyone explain why we use header and footer??

Coz if I place footer above header in the code, output has footer data on top while header data below it.. please reply if anyone knows :ty<3

It's just for readability. You can mark up all your HTML with only divs and it will work just as good, but if you want your code to be understandable it's better to use things like article, header, footer, etc.
