Question

I was downloading PhyCharm to practice python. But at the end of downloading it, chrome popped up and showed "It could hamper your computer"

Then I canceled it. But not understanding what to do. Do you have any suggestions about the matter? And what Kind of IDE is good to run a python program.

Try to use Thonny python ide

If you are a beginner and just learning Python , I believe the Built-in Python IDLE can suffice, or atleast that's what I used.
As for which IDE is better , depends on your project.
