Is it possible somehow from one case to transfer the value to another case in the operator switch?

In switch case, the matching case will be executed first, and fall through occurs until break encounters. So after a case match, it will not check for case match again...
and you know that, if no match, default case is executed, if you specified.

Possibility: using break, & without using break, you can do that according your requirement;
