I have learnt the HTML but how do i use the information I have. How do I actually create a daily blog or something like that?

Need to learn more to achieve such goal (daily blog etc.), blogs are dynamic, so you probably need to learn further about web development, including the back-end development skills.

But you can also use CMS products if you want, those ready made products allow you to make your website with least of efforts. And again, there's also blogger, also ready to use, just learn how to customize a few things and you'll be on your way.
