Is Qt free to use?

I want to learn to develop on Qt, but i just cannot understand the license. If i want to use Qt for learning purposes wich license should i get? how is it works?

Yes, Qt can be used for free, even for commercial cases.

On QT's download page, https://www.qt.io/download
click on "Go open source" and at the bottom of the next page you can click on "Download the Qt Online Installer" and then just skip the account creation in the installer.

As long as you don't go commercial you don't need to worry about the attached license(s).
