Wifi vibrate

Hi everybody, my question is how can i make an app that can vibrate or do any other thing using wifi through one phone by importing ip browser and connecting to another phone ? Is there any simple tutorial ?

Actually what you are saying to do is not at all a simple task. It's a complex thing to do and you need that level of coding knowledge and experience for that. Other than it you need to have good knowledge of Java and networking for that. Hope it helps.
