how to find out what kind of code have been used in this address?

Hi all, I'm using my blog
here is a really confusing question that i have is
why some of the addresses are like this:
http://example.ir/panel/_process/follow_to?blog=ojUQmJQLXAg&post
but when i clicking on this link or pasting these kind of links in address bar it becomes like this:
myblog.ir/post/learning-about-codding

how can i do something like this?
create something just like this address?
how can i learn more about these kind of addresses?
just tell me sth to make me understand of this
i'm really confused!!!please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This means that the website is using PHP. When you submit something, and click on go, you will see the parameters passed in in the address sometimes (in this case blog = ojU...)

Then you will be redirected to another page depending on your input. This is not a big deal, you'll learn it as you peactice PHP more and more.

This doesn't implied use of Php on server side... that's only implied a redirection from the server side ^^
