étant donner que je ne parle pas très bien anglais comme beaucoup d'autres personne serait il possible de mettre l'application en français ?

Lucien Ruiz english is the international language. In programming, most resources will be in english. Euther it's a youtube video, a book, an article.. they are all in english.

No, you can only set English, Russian or Spanish in the language settings.

You can write your posts in French, but then there is no guarantee that someone will answer you.
I recommend to use Google Translate.

I don't know how much English you had at school and how good the lessons were. But if you got some basic vocabulary, that should be enough.
