Anyone knows how can I create a tab like iphone or mac page in mac like when you select ram price in same page been changed there is lot of options when you select one the price become different how it work in html or in wordpress or in python? Anyone have knowledge about that?

It cannot be done by HTML. If you want to handle it in front end you can use java script. But in an online shopping it uses a CMS that provides data for frontend.
