How to make our own courses in sololearn like sololearn in the by the community or like that?

The Q&A section is reserved for questions. If you want to share information with other users, you can use feed posts or even code storys for this purpose. For example, a series of feed posts linked together could very well cover a broader topic and therefore resemble a tutorial of some kind as an intermediate solution, but for real courses featured in the Learn section you will have to wait for a reopening of the Lesson Factory.

The Lesson Factory has been closed some time ago. Until SoloLearn decides to open it for submissions again, you won't be able to do that, unfortunately.
