change count from int to float.
int i, j,n = 0,times;
float count;
because when you do (count /n) it has to return float not int for ceil() to give you the correct value.

It doesn't seem to sort your last value, and that is the client. Try it with this in line 23:

for (j = i + 1; j <= 4; j++)
