Did anyone solved the code coach name (Military Time) in python?

I tried to solve it and run my code and I inputted a lot of examples and it worked well but in the test it fails in task 3 and task 5 so if anyone solved please tell me

Output=24:00 wrong..!
12:00 only..

And also for single digit input like
1:00 AM
Output should be in the form of
01:00
