Seems like a style sheet is linked incorrectly perhaps? I'm not on my desktop at the moment, so can't check, but it looks like a css or jquery modification error most likely. Might be better to use Bootstrap in the future.

Yeah, apperantly im using some code to customize every aspect of bootstrap progress bars and it seems bad to code
