You don’t need to dowload anything to run HTML5. It’s all ran in the browser.

To run HTML, It is your browser, Chrome or Firefox. Android webview or iOS Safari. For coding html file, you can even use text editor. But better with a code editor : Visual Studio Code Atom Notepad++

1. Firstly, you open the application notepad of windows. 2. copy the HTML scripts you learned here into notepad. Must be exactly the same. 3. File -> Save as 4. For file type, choose "All". For filename, "index.html". 5. Save. 6. Now you have the HTML file, open it in browser and you can see the webpage. Remark 1: index.html the html after dot (.) means that it is an html file. Remark 2: After you install VS Code, use VS Code instead of Notepad. https://code.visualstudio.com/

® Html can be run by just writing codes in softwares like, Atom, VS studio Code, notepad, notepad++... ® And then save the file with extension ".html" or ". htm" ®Now, to open double click on the file it'll open in yoir default browser like, crome, internet explorer, firefox, etc. Recommendation for beginners: You can try to code in Notepad++ /VS Studio Code. To view it use browser Crome

I believe you're looking for an IDE and Not precisely HTML 5. I recommend downloading Brackets IDE or Atom IDE. They are good for coding HTML 5.
