Why does sololearn web does not use link tag to connect css

i added some css, but the web got styled with css without using the link tag to link the css to the html.

Maybe because Sololearn web codes are the only ones that can run offline using the phone webview. If the use link they are forcing us to use external url.

A css tab is provided, so a link tag is not needed.
