How to create a web browser??

I want to know how to make a web browser. I did some online surfing indicating to use Visual Studios tk create web Browser. But very basic level information is available online. Can anyone here can guide me through where tk start. And develop a browser like chrome or mozilla.

First of all, learn how to create software for the platforms you are targeting. Then learn about W3 web standards very well. Then the rest depends on you but if I may ask why do you want to create a browser. Did you find anything wrong with popular browsers like firefox, opera, chrome, edge etc
