How to master CSS

Question

I am new to web development. I have learned java and android development before. Now coming into web development, CSS seems like a huge sea to me. I am seeing new attributes and designing options everyday which I didn't find in my tutorials. This is making me depressed. What can I do to master CSS and then move forward to learn JavaScript?

practice, paractice... and practice...

don't be afraid by the css ocean, as you don't be afraid by a words dictionnary (in both case you don't need to know the whole, and when you encounter some new item, you look at its reference / definition). Experience will make you progress ;)

Also, you doesn't need to be hi-skilled in css to learn javascript ^^
