Course completed but certificate not updated with name properly

Question

I have completed c++ tutorial and the certificate page has opened but my certificate not been displayed properly.
How could I get it back.

If Im trying to download by getting in the course page, it is again asking me to complete coure which was already over.

Hello, I see that you didn’t finish the whole c++ course... So that right now you don’t have the certificate because you didn’t finish the course.

Your Profile telling your not completed course.
Are you completed total 9lessons in cpp..?

If you completed all, try by reopen app... May be slow connection issue..

Or mail to
[e-mail] by telling details... They will sort it.. If any bug....
