if you're asking which language seems most suitable for making games the fastest, it would be javascript. learning it is fast and easy and it has a lot of nifty tools alongside HTML. otherwise, the fundamental concepts you actually need to make any game are actually the very programming concepts any language entails. i suggest you master a language before making a game.
