My visual studio for python is always returning values in terminal, what can I do to correct this?

I'm not using windows since years... I could suggest at least one editor wich I believe have a window version: sublime text... It's not exactly what we could name an IDE, but I guess that you could find enough extension to make it IDE-like (running your script without switching to a shell: I'm not using those kind of feature, I usually have terms opened aside and run my script from here ;) )
