HOW IS THIS TRAINING FOR A Full stack web dev position?
I am currently learning (on more than 1 platform ) Html, Css,JavaScript,Java,PHP . Would these be enough to get in the door somewhere with no degree? ( of course I mean once I become proficient in each )

Look for work experience so you can work in a similar environment, that will give you an edge over the competition.
Also develop better problem-solving skills because that's what a degree teaches, obviously they teach other skills too but problem-solving is really important.

David Demesyeux , HTML, CSS, and JavaScript will be enough for a frontend position but you need to also learn a framework (React is very popular and I use it where I work).
PHP is okay, but you can learn JavaScript and then learn Node.js and Express.js. Then learn how to deploy your apps using Heroku or AWS (EC2 or ElasticBeanstalk).
It takes years (about 3-5 years) before you can become full stack, but start with frontend and eventually you can learn other skills after you spend time working and studying when you go home.
