How to get multiple string input in C++?

Question

If I input multiple word, I wanna get multiple output, and if I enter single input, I wanna get single output.

*For multiple input,
Simple input: name age address
Sample output: Dakib 18 Dhaka

*For single input,
Input: name
Output: Shakib
