Where is the appropriate place to put the Bootstrap.min.js and the JQuery.min.js scripts in my html document.

Am looking at some videos in youTube and some tutors place the scripts in the head tag while others place them in the body tag so which part do you guys prefer?

I would prefer you to put the scripts, styles and other cdn on the head element,
Because if a program runs, it will first take the head part and then it will take body,
In some cases the absolute results may interupt while putting scripts on body tag,

Better i would recommend you to make document with external elements, on scripts on head tag
