Hello guys, after creating my index html file, should i put every files inside or create a new hmtl file and link them together?

1.Putting all content in my index, i found my work long and tedious, so i was thinking how should i go about it
2. If i should create new html file and link them, how can i priotize which files should come first

You must use php or other language to make partial of html files
