bell The script you added in your html code after the canvas. Cut-and-paste it to your js tab at the beginning of the script. The undefined variable error will be solved

HonFu I have the same experience with web codes: for me these two codes run without errors but one is curated with the help of Omkar and the other must have undefined variables still. For me html/js runs ignoring errors or fails silently without giving me error info beyond "syntax error".
Why does this happen in sololearn, can I do anything to catch the errors?

Ore Adeleye thank you for your feedback but my question was why am I not getting any execution errors even though I have some. Now I know about this error it is easy to correct but it is difficult to learn blind. Likewise, a lot of the web codes with many likes on sololearn do not run on my ios device. They crash with only syntax error. But people liking them must be able to see something.

bell I don't know. It must be a problem with the iOS version. I use Sololearn for Android and I do not face that problem. May be you should contact Sololearn?
